Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

was approved for a loan but prior to loan dispersement was told I would need to provide 3 month deposit (which would be reimbursed upon good standing) as well as a deposit to cover insurance costs on the loan. Was told that if I provided these amounts via etransfer I could receive the loan funds by next business day however loan funds never arrived. That was 2 weeks ago. I have emailed and called the lender over 40x’s that past 1week with no response to email and vm box is constantly full. Cannot leave any messages.
