Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

They call and tell you you have been pre approved for a good size loan then they want you to put money on an iTunes gift card which they say they receive major comition from and that they will refund that money in to your bank account along with the amount of the loan you are getting. After you do all this and they take your money off the card they then tell you as a final step you have to pay over $400 for insurance on the loan. When you tell them you no longer want the loan they will tell you that $160 you put on the iTunes gift card will be refunded back to your bank account within 30 to 45 minutes. 4 says later no money was refunded back into my account when I called them they tried to tell me that that money was not refundable and that it covered company costs. After I went there the conversation we had about the money being refunded they told me that is what they said but changes were made and they would no longer refund my money to me
