Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

They called me up in November 2015 stating there will be a locator on the way to my home or work to serve me with papers for court if I don’t pay a this payday loan. The Person that called is Michele Clark and on my Voicemail stating to call back so they know were to send Documents . So I got scared and now I’m Paying 79.62 all the way up to Feb. 2016.

I contacted a Lawyer that Deals with situations and they checked out the number and business and its a scam thorough the Payday Loan Company. The Lawyer informed me to call my bank and close out the court and stop payment and then file complaint to the Attorney General. My Lawyer stated theses people do this by saying there is a Locator at your door to serve you but Sherriff Service servers Don’t call you up to tell you they are at your door.
