Rob Solomowitz offered test that conventional medical establishments do not provide related to diabetes treatment. After they received the payment the process was explained in detail not revealed in the initial interview. They are not a medical facility and simply provide a kit that we must follow intricate instuctions including keeping bodily fluid samples at a certain temperature and mailing them to various outsource clinics to get the results. I explained that this process was not a fit for me and I was told by Rob Solomowitz that he would refund my $5,000 minus the cost of the kit since I was not going to continue with the program.Stephanie told me that she would put the charges back on my card, but I would have to wait.
