Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
Age-old scam: call to notify our office of a change in printer toner prices. We absolutely did not say anything confirming an order but received the product and a bill within days. Complaint calls were eventually returned but they gave us the run around providing a return label. In the end we paid to ship back the product.

Company has called place of business for 5 months, stating we have received and signed for toner and owe 500 plus dollars. They can not provide any accurate information regarding who signed for package. Keep threatening to place Clinic Manager into collections. No toner was ever ordered from the company.

Advanced Distributions Systems called receptionist claiming to be from copier company, wanting copier ID. Then, unsolicited, sent a toner cartridge and an invoice for an egregious amount for the cartridge, which we did not order.
