Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I completed a online loan application for a finance loan of $7,000.00 dollars and was required to send $350 as insurance of good faith and because of low credit scores they asked for an additional 270.00 for insurance to get hte loan and they asked for an additional 205.00 for insurance and guaranteed $14,350.00 would be deposited into my account within 1.1/2 hours. I would like my 825.00 dollars refunded and I would just like to have this fraudulent business shut down permanently. Or file felony bank charges against the business and the individuals working there
