Man approached XXX yesterday claiming to represent ADT and tried to sell her service. She declined the service due to him providing false information about how he obtained her information. He proceeded to go to her neighbors home to sell service. The consumer contacted her neighbor to stop her from doing business with this man and he overheard her conversation. He then went back to XXX and talked rudely to her for messing up his opportunity for potential sale with her neighbor. XXX googled this man and saw he and his wife were both arrested in Georgia in 2016 for the same scam.
