Type of a scam Debt Collections

Administrative Solutions and Collections called today saying that I owed a past balance of $649.99 (plus additional debt collection fees of 250.00) for a plan I supposedly contracted in 2015 with US Technology Solutions ( a spyware/malware protection system). They said that I paid an initial fee of $149.99 for a 2 year contract with quarterly payments. I did not contract with this company. I have never received any communication via email, phone, or USPS, for any balance due. (They had my junk email account on file – which I never use for billing or contracts). Now its over 3 years since the so called contract date. Seriously??!!?

If they had my bank information to deduct the initial fee, wouldn’t it be deducted quarterly on their end? I called my bank and they have no record of a withdrawal of $149.99 on or around the date that I was given for said initial contract purchase.

Jesse at Admin. Solutions and Collections said he was doing me a favor and taking time out of his day to call me. I said you are not taking time out of your day, you are doing your job. He actually yelled and hung up on me. I called back to speak with his supervisor and he was just as rude. He "offered" to waive the penalty/late fees and their $250 processing fee for a payoff of $449.99. I said no.

They are threatening to put in on my credit report. If it shows up there, I will dispute it.
