Type of a scam Debt Collections

I received a call this morning from Joshua Hart of Administrative Collections. He said I paid US Tech Solutions for computer assistance in the past and owed two more payments equaling $298. I said I hadn’t done that. He insisted I pay the bill. I asked for proof of the debt. He said he would send me an email. He supposedly gave me the number for US Tech Solutions, but it was really just another number for Administrative Collections. None of the people I talked to had accents.
