Type of a scam Online Purchase

My son bought a pair of shoes from the website called adidashop.cc. He changed his mind about the order and in a few hours tried to cancel the order. No communication information other than e-mail is listed on the website and there has been no communication from the company about his order. It states in the website he should have received an e-mail with his order number and a tracking number; and it’s been 4 days and he has no information from them nor has his order arrived yet. I do not believe this is a legitimate business; as when I googled them there is NO way for someone in the United States to contact them other than e-mail; and there are several e-mail addresses associated with this website. The Registrar is Ename Technology Co., LTD with the Owner listed as "Hanhan" and the hosting company Alibaba.comLLC. the owners name is listed as Timothy Alexander Steinert – unless I can call outside the country; and I have no clue what country this is; there is no contact with these people. All my son wants is his money back. ALL $90.00
