Type of a scam Debt Collections

This “lawyer” claimed I owed a debt and my checks were garnished about 6 months ago. Now this “lawyer” is claiming I owe more money and going to garnish my checks again. I did have a debt with the original company the “lawyer “ was garnishing for, but it was about15 years ago and I’m not sure of the amount so I didn’t fight it. Now, I get another garnishment letter from the same “lawyer” for another $160.52 … which if it was a real bill should have been taken care of in the original garnishment.
