I received a purchase confirmation supposedly from Microsoft for MS security for $499.99 which did not order. I called to tell them I did not order this and to cancel the order. They wanted my order number so they could sent me a cancellation form to fill out. The order was supposedly placed on August 19th. I would like to know why it took until September 3rd to send me a purchase confirmation. The confirmation said my payment method was bank account. I did not give them any information so they did not take the $499.99.

They have called many times saying we had problems with our internet. This last time I told him he was a scammer. He replied F—you F— you.

Received an "automated" phone call/message from "MICROSOFT" alerting us that someone was trying to hack into our computer. We could press 1 to talk to someone and/or call a phone number and talk to someone in security. They indicated that if we were using Windows, we were susceptible to losing all of our information, and our computer/software may become obsolete.

I turned on my computer and upon trying to find something on the internet a voice came over my computer saying it was Microsoft and that I must call the toll free number or they will be forced to disable my computer. I closed down my computer and am sending this to warn other people.
