Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

Fed ex dropped off package with check for $4,855.00 for buying office equipment for customer service position working from home. I never applied for the position. The email was sent from someone by the name of Albert Stein hiring manager. He wanted me to text to a number after check was deposited with a copy of the deposit slip.
