Type of a scam Tech Support

As I logged into my computer today and began to login to my bank,a screen popped up with a loud message saying that my computer was at risk of being hacked. The loud messge kept saying do not close out of the screen, call the number on the screen. It appeared to be a message from Micro Soft. I didn’t know what to do so I called the number and got a call center with a man with an India accent who began to move things around in my computer, he told me that people had been getting into my computer and that my computer was unprotected. I needed to fix it right now. He at first would not tell me how much the tech support service would be then I told him that I didn ‘t want to pay for the service but then he told me that people had access to my bank accounts etc. When he told me the price (299.99 for them to clean it up for 7 days) 399.99 for one year and 600.00, or 800.00 for 3 or 5 year coverage. I said I couldn’t afford it so then he asked me if I was a senior citizen and I said yes so he said I could get a discount if I talk to his business manager. She talked me into the 449.99- 3 year contract. and sent me back to the original guy. He typed up all my information, and asked me to sign my name electronically, I couldn’t do it so he did it for me. I gave him my credit card number and then he told me that the billing company was Cotton Land Support. I questioned that but I did continue knowing all the time that this din’t feel correct but I needed to get my computer fixed so I could use it. He came back to me saying that my credit card had denied the transaction and he said he would call the customer service of my bank, and asked me for the 800 number, he said he would type on the screen what I was to say to the bank. and he would listen in as I did it. I know I was stupid and now I am so worried that they have access to my bank accounts and credit card. It says in the papers that he printed out through my computer to my printer that the both the parties agree to the following refund/cancellation schedule after the signature of the agreement: Merchant agrees to waive the charges incurred if they are unable to resolve the issue, and they may charge $30.00 per hour and refund the outstanding amount with the schedule shown below, however there is no schedule below.

Tonight I tried to google Cotton Land Support (the billing company) but the company name does not come up. I am afraid with the information that they have that them could empty my bank accounts or use my credit cart for purchases. I feel victimized and foolish so I would like to cancel the support.
