Got a call from a gentleman who would not give me his name and said I owe $800+ dollars. He said If I dont pay the amount he has officers out side waiting to arrest me. I told him I can not pay that money without speaking with my husband and he proceeded to ask how much can I pay without speaking with my husband and we will call it "even" I told him I will have to talk to my husband and I will get back to him and he then gave me his personal cell phone number to reach him.
