A friend was generous enough to send money through the cashapp, however it never came through. I was able to get in touch with customer support via email through the app, he assured me the money would be refunded the sender. I never heard back from them again. I looked up a number to speak with someone regarding the issue. Spoke to someone and they worked with us, however I believe we were scammed and my friend lost her hard earned money. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them, it’s a fake person speaking on the other side of the phone.
