Type of a scam Online Purchase

Found site searching for a suitcase and went to purchase it using a credit card. When I pressed the submit button it gave an error like I did not press the submit button. When I looked at the status 2 credit cards failed but the 3rd went through. I figured it might take a couple of days to have the other 2 that failed clear their system. We tried to contact them via the only option but the Customer Care link is not working. Error message we receive after pressing Send Now is: Email Error: Could not instantiate mail function. Please check Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Email Transport. I contacted my credit card company to put in a dispute since it was 3 weeks with no e-mail or items delivered. I did some research and looks like there might be a few other sites with different products but in the ABOUT US/OUR BRAND section there is broken English "We is a bold, straight talking and forward thinking fashion brand inspired by real life that aims to do exactly that."
