Type of a scam Debt Collections

This "company" contacted me saying I owed an outstanding debt from a payday loan. They had my name, address and last 4 of my social plus all of my husband’s info. They even called my husband at his work looking for me. I told them I haven’t gotten a payday loan and asked them to send me the info. They said they can’t send me anything until I make payment arrangements. I later called them back and asked for their website. They told me they wouldn’t give me their website address until I told them who I was and then hung up. I DID NOT get a payday loan and I am worried because they have all my info!
