Type of a scam Online Purchase

I did a purchase online in achildspathback.com and after 3 weeks I received a total wrong items and also in the website it say the charge for this purchase is $104 but when I checked my bank account it was $112. I contacted them by email and they said they are going to send a new package and give a 30% discount on my purchase and asked if I was agree with that. of course I said yes. After that they sent me an email saying I have to place a new order and they will give me the discount. I replied this is unaceptable beacuse I already made a payment so I dont need to pay again instead they have to give a refund. Has been a week already and I still sending email to them and they still answering but never answer the questions I asking , they keeping in touch, I dont know why? P.D: What I received it was a $ 1 dollar chinese shoes. I think that is the scam they presenting to you good shoes brands but they dont carrying this item they just will send you very cheap shoes but you already pay.
