Type of a scam Online Purchase

On 08/29/16 I linked in from a Christy Brinkly ad on Facebook. The advertisement was for a free trial sample to only pay shipping. The confirmation email that came had no terms, no advertisement of the product, etc. It only showed the $4.95 paid. There was an alert that came from my bank because two charges came through from two different states on the same day. (Florida and Wyoming) I had received the jar of face cream so I thought that would be all. On 10/12/16 I noticed a charge for $89.69 that was to "ACG Clear Pours" and had the above phone number attached to the charge. I called and really generic customer service center took my call. The lady identified herself as "Alex" but she had a very thick Asian accent. I asked about why I was charged $89.69 on the 12th and she said it was because my free trial period had ended and there was no cancellation so every month I would receive a shipment of product for that charge. I explained that I had never agreed to any such contract . She first offered to refund me 50% of the charge and I said absolutely not and would have my bank deny the charge tomorrow and she then said she would refund 75%. I told her she could refund the 75 but my bank will deny the charge 100%. She put me on hold for less than 5 seconds to "speak to her supervisor" and came back to say that she would refund me 100% and that it would take 3-5 days to post it and up to 30 days to go through my bank. I will be calling and cancelling my card in the morning when my bank opens. I tried to lookup a website and it was very difficult. The jar of cream says,"Eco Maxx" and I found the website above. Needless to say, the product is horrible!
