I got a phone call from a person with a heavy Asian accent by the name of William Smith claiming to work for Ace Cash Express trying to get me to do a online loan basically took all my information and when I told him that I was a West Virginia reticent and Ace does not do any loans in West Virginia he told me that they do and basically try to scam me for $3,000 loan basically we have to speak to a supervisor and he said get your loan somewhere else
