Type of a scam Credit Cards

I have continually received calls from the above listed number. Finally, I decided to call them to see what the call is about. They answered and I gave the reference number that had been given on the pre-recorded message. They mentioned the last four of my social. Then I started to ask questions and the lady put me on hold to speak with someone else. Mr. Perkins answered and preceded to tell me there was a judgement against me for a Master Credit card in which I wasn’t aware. He rudely commented that an ex boyfriend or ex husband must have done it but it’s mine. The conversation continued back and forth until I asked to speak with his supervisor or the CEO of the business. He stated no one is above me…that I was speaking to the director. He also went on to state the number of years (30 or 40) in which he had worked and knows that that’s probably who did it in my case. Then he aggressively stated that maam Im done with this and you’ll just get subpoenaed. The call ended!!!
