Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered computer software that was listed as "heavily discounted". The site claimed that it was safe and has a phone number listed (above) but the phone number is out of service. It says it is from Arizona, but no country is listed on the website. The origin or location of it is unknown. The company sets up the site to look secure and safe while putting in secure information. I saw that the charge was taken out of my account, but the order never shipped to me (this was over four months ago). I sent them two e-mails to their "contact e-mail", and received no response. The customer service form on the site elicits no response either. I think this site has just been created to steal others money… BEWARE!
