They are very believable they had me sign a contract they was able to pull up all my student loans some I knew nothing about since they was able to find all my personal information I thought they was legit please people do not give out your ssn I was full of medication & did not think about scammers they have copy & past different parts of federal state contracts & put it together for you to sign please don’t become a victim they send you a email than come up with these payments & they say that the rest of your federal loans are forgiven you call the numbers & they already have your phone numbers saved we have called & told them we will report them & they called my phone from different numbers trying to say they was indeed a student loan forgiveness

This company is illegally accessing the FSA student’s websites to obtain their loan information. They offered to clear my $50k in student loan debt if I qualify and pay them $1,000. This service can be done through the servicer for no charge. In addition they were rude. I had to call the FSA and disable my online access.

so they claim I signed up for a class action law suit for the Art Institute, and that is how they get your name and phone number then they call using a varity of different phone numbers so many that they have to keep changing the area code from where they are calling. See below…..

Every single one of these phone numbers are on my rejection list and they still call my phone 7 days week harassing me about my student loan. I have asked on several occasions to STOP calling me and they still have not. So now I m filing a complaint because their website and facebook page do no allow me to contact them directly. I am being constantly called all hours of the day and night. They do not regard any time lines or boundaries and they pretend that the William D Ford Act is what they can help students who are in debt with. NO where on the emails, website or facebook page do you see information on how. They take personal information and abuse it to the fullest with calls constantly. Tonight I got an email from Christian Torres (626)-205-9699, pretending like his company Academic Aid Center is the solution to my student loan debt. What he is forgetting to tell me is about all the fees and other bs they are selling. They want students to pay before they actually help you get out of debt.
