Ordered a Pennywise bowl in August for $29.98 and it never came. Complete scam

Seen an ad for a Harry Potter lamp ($37.99) and a Game of Thrones Lamp ($34.99), on Facebook, look stunning and thought of Christmas presents for my daughters. Bought both of them, with ‘free’ shipping on 11 June 2019, emailed them on 17 June to get an idea of an arrival date…still waiting on a reply. More disappointed in not receiving these gorgeous lamps, than being scammed, however I am now fuming that things like this can be advertised on sites such as FB, without repercussions.

I purchased a Harry Potter snow globe. They certainly took my money quickly but have refused to respond to my emails about why my order has not arrived. It’s been 23 days without one response or update.

Purchased a product, received an email and my card was charged immediately. I still have no product, the phone number is fake, and no one returns emails, no shipping info sent and the website provides no such link for shipping information. SCAM!

I saw an item for sale, went to their website, placed the order and received an e-mail stating my order has been received, and that I would receive the typical secondary e-mail when the item shipped. A week later, I tried calling them to check on the status of the order. The number listed on their website was a personal cell phone of someone in a different state. Additionally, I tried e-mailing them about my order with no response. To date, I still have not received the product, nor had any response from them.

Saw an ad for a Harry Potter Lamp LI26201914 – 1 Lamp on Facebook, clicked the link. Took me to their website, placed the item in a cart, provided shipping information and payment. Received an email confirming the transaction with an order number, with a statement stating the order is in process. This was the only communication i heard from them. When i tried to email them back recently when i never received any tracking information, i receive no response. I tried calling the number listed on the website, and it goes to someone’s personal cell that states they are not affiliated with this site and have no information.
