I placed an order on this website December 8th and immediately got a confirmation email that my order was placed. On December 12th the item total was deducted from my checking account. The original email said that I would get a shipping notification once the item ships and I have yet to receive one. I emailed the emails on the website to get in touch regarding when I might expect my item to be shipped and I have gotten no response from either of the three listed. I called the number listed on their site numerous times within the business hours provided on the site and no one has ever answered the calls. I cannot leave a message because they do not have a voicemail set up. Their website says that you can text the number and they will respond regarding orders placed. I have sent numerous texts as well and have heard back from no one. I checked their social media pages (i.e. Instagram & Twitter) and sent an Instagram message and have not heard back either. It was while exploring their social media pages that I noticed that every message to them from other people are raising the same concerns I have. People have complained that no one answer calls or returns emails and that items have yet to be shipped or received. People have noted publicly that fake tracking numbers have been emailed back. I am worried about the privacy of my and other peoples’ cards because of this website.

Purchased item from website on November 28, 2016. Waited two weeks before trying to call the company and got no answer or answering machine. Texted the number and got a reply back saying they were behind schedule. Continued to try and call the company on December 12, 2016 and got no answer and there was no answering machine.
