Type of a scam Online Purchase

We found a truck on cardealfinder.com and we made contact with the seller. He sent us lots of pictures and answered questions. He worked for an Oil & Gas company and traveled for work. After considerable time and investigating, we decided to go ahead. We were told to wire the money to an escrow account through the TD Bank. ABS Global Transport, Ltd would deliver the truck to us. We had 7 days to inspect it and decide on keeping it. The truck was never delivered. When we contacted them we were told there was a delay due to off-loading another vehicle. From that point on, no other emails were answered. The truck has never arrived.

Purchased a vehicle on line, completed all of documents required. Wired money into a trust as instructed with guarantee that the money would not be dispursed with out my signature.

Money was disbursed, website was inactive no cummication with any of the parties.
