I ordered a 100lb Rototiller from Able Lucky. I paid $98 through PayPal. I have reported that I’ve not received it 3 times to PayPal. They get a UPS confirmation from Able Lucky each time saying it was delivered. 3 different shipping numbers were used so PayPal claims my Rototiller was delivered. They won’t refund me. All 3 UPS confirmations are for a delivered envelope weighing less than 1 lb. No way is this a Rototiller. I’ve tried contacting Able Lucky through email as this is all the info I have on them.
