Type of a scam Moving
We’ve found this guy from Facebook Marketplace for the moving service, we’ve agreed on the quote for the items and pickup location, this guy showed and loaded the items to his van as agreement.
Somehow, on the way to the delivery point, he suddenly asked more money than what we’ve agreed on CAD$40 to CAD$160.
My boyfriend tried to negotiate the prices for unexpected situations, but under worrying that scammer knows our home address as delivering point, we been forced to pay CAD$120 to this guy in the end.
We reported on Facebook Marketplace, but only the AD been removed.
We also found this guy has several different fake accounts for moving services AD on Facebook.
We also found his identity on Facebook too.
