Type of a scam Online Purchase

ABC Mask website was recommended to me by a family member who was also new to the site. Little did we know that it was a scam. I have MS/High Risk, so I ordered several items for myself and my household on April 2nd and again on April 3rd of 2020. Days later, I decided to research the company that I ordered from. {ABC®mask deals in healthcare products of domestic brand in China as an authorized vendor of 3M Company(CN) based in Hong Kong.} When I read that It is based on Hong Kong, I looked for an phone number. Only an email address was provided for contact, so I emailed twice. See below:

Hello, I made online orders twice on last week prior to creating an account. I have now created an account, but it shows that I have not placed any orders. Is there a way that you can check the status of my order using my email address?

Hello, I have not received a reply from my initial email. I am definitely concerned as to who my payments went to. My statements shows that it was paid to: SUNSHINE INTERNATIONAL POCZTA AZY PL along with contact information +48 43-842-06-00 and link: http://www.poczta-polska.pl/. The language of this site is Polish. Do you recognize this company? Are they your shipping company?

As of today, I have received a response to my email. Nor have I received any products. I spent $157.14. Since that time, I have made a dispute regarding the transactions with the bank. Of course, I have to allow 60 days for research.
