This business advertises very comfy dog beds. Once ordered, company will state that it can’t find shipping due to COVID, then they’ll offer you 10% or a full refund. They will return the 10% and you’ll think it’s legit. When you reply again, because you’ve waited weeks, they will send you the exact same email. When you ask for the full refund, you will get stuck in a runaround–"oops, we ran out of beds" or "it will be there in 4-9 days, immediately shipped from our LA warehouse"…there are a few of them. Then you’ll wait and wait, and continue to contact them and you will be out of your money and not ever see the dog beds. It has been over 2 months since I initially ordered and over a week since a full refund was requested.
