I purchased a sweater for my granddaughter. I ordered a kids size 7 and when it came it cannot be more than a size 3. Either they don’t know how to size clothing or they shouldn’t sell to the USA if they don’t know sizes. Very very disappointed in this company! I wrote the company and they wrote back and said they sent the size I ordered.

Don’t ordering anything from this company. I ordered from this site back in April. I have yet to receive my package from this company or any explanation as to why it’s taken so long. All I’ve gotten was a message saying it’s on the way.
When I asked for a refund they have refused to respond back to me.

Placed an order March 11, 2020 with Abby Apple Boutique and STILL have not received one item that I purchased. I have emailed them several times and they said your order has been shipped but never would provide a tracking number. I was told my item shipped from Asia and to allow up to 20 days. I also called them, but there is no human that answers, only can leave a voicemail and no one ever called me regarding my order. It has now been almost three months. This is not right and they do need to be shut down.

Can they not shut this company down? Honestly has anyone ever actually received their order, 9 weeks out no response reached out multiple times. It says shipped which is a lie been saying that for over a month. No reply from emails I’ve sent and of course some stupid automated system when you call saying all representatives are busy assisting other customers.

I only ever received half my order, this was almost a year ago by now. Everything comes from China so that could be why you may never get your order at this point with all going on. This company is a scam that needs to be shut down.

I am curious if anyone has actually received their products too. I ordered Mar 7 and have not yet received my products. I have sent multiple e-mails and each time they tell me the order is on the way or has been shipped. The tracking info as of today, 5-3 still says it is in pre-shipment with the USPS. I have filed a complaint with PayPal as of today for a refund for items not received.

Ordered a dress in february and it never arrived contacted them several times and all they could say was unless the item shows up we can’t do anything, no refund no shipping of new item nothing. Total scam!

Order a pair of shoes March the 2nd. Received an email saying they were in transit to a usps facility on March the 17th.. The tracking info still says they’re in transit. Requested a refund and they just reply with the info I already know. Turned it over to PayPal. Hopefully I’ll get a refund.
Wouldn’t recommend doing business with them!

I ordered feb 28. Received one item and it didn’t look anything like the picture. Filed a claim through paypal and it has been a nightmare. Commented on Facebook that it’s a scam company and they took off my comments and blocked me from commenting. I want to tell people not to order from them but don’t know how.

You won’t get the product but they take your money, lots of complaints all the same…we have emailed them and called, we get the same answer every time, your item has shipped but it never leaves their drop off . They take your money…

I ordered 2 outfits for my nieces birthday month’s ago and still haven’t received them. I constantly email and they tell me my order is on its way. The post office tracking number which for months has said pre shipment And post origin is preparing to ship. No other notification of the past couple months meeting it’s not in route was never sent out. I have reached out numerous times demanding a refund And all they keep telling me to be patient my items are on their way. Which with a tracking number you can clearly see it’s never even been sent out. This company is a fraud and after also checking the BBB it is confirmed!

I ordered a dress on 2/28/2020 and still have not received. I’ve emailed them three times and get the run around. They now tell me they’re gonna sent to the appropriate department for review. I went to the Better Business Bureau and there were 172 complaints about the same thing, not receiving their merchandise and no refunds. Why can’t this business be shut down, or taked off Facebook?

I ordered 2 dresses from this company on February 4th. I received one of them dresses about 10 days later, with no comment or clarification about the second dress. I emailed and called and eventually, Suzanne told me that it had been shipped but could take longer to get to me than the first dress. There was no indication on the order or online when I checked my order that there would be 2 shipments until the day AFTER I heard back from her. 3 weeks later I called/emailed again, they told me that it was in transit to me. I downloaded the tracking app that was referenced and even 10 days later it still says that it is waiting for updates from the courier. The lack of communication from this company is reprehensible. It feels like they are purposely trying to scam you out of items you have ordered. The clothes are cute but I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone since they are never available by phone and do not keep their customers updated on order status, delivery, delay or changes!

I bought a dress from Abby Apples Boutique back in February. The site says it takes 6-10 days for the item to arrive. After Two weeks, I emailed the company. They said no it takes 6-10 days after processing which can take up to two weeks, and I should allow up to 21 days for delivery. So, 21 days later still no item. I email again requesting my money back as I intended the dress to be an waster dress and Easter was a few days away, and I still didn’t even have a shipping confirmation. I was quickly sent a shipping confirmation within an hour and then told they couldn’t refund my money because my order had already been processed for shipping. Another two weeks go by, still no dress, tracking info I was sent still says it’s been processed but not sent to a facility for sorting. I made a comment on the company’s Instagram site warning people of what happened. I was contacted by a “manager” who responded with “she was going to look into and find out where my dress was or what happened”. I never heard from her again. I recently emailed them again to remind them I STILL haven’t received my item and they sent me an email stating it was delivered to someone with my maiden last name (not my current name) and I should be more careful about the address I’m typing because since it was delivered already they couldn’t do anything about it. I sent a copy of my confirmation showing that my information wasn’t even close to what they say they had and shipped it to. I still haven’t heard anything.
