I was watching movies with my kids and my computer locked up and said someone was using my IP address to commit identity theft and etc… I read the warning and it said call technical support, it did all this through the Microsoft store or something. I called the number 1 845-377-0204 and reached a gentleman named Henry I told him what happened and he said only people experiencing the issue get the number of tech support. He had me give him control and showed me the errors on my computer. The whole time he was super nice too. I called him on other numbers 888-435-1333 and it took hours he said my network was compromised, he seemed legit but my bosses think I was scammed so I filled this out. He said something about license or protection and full services which would make my computer safe for 5 years for 500 dollars I paid the $150 and he will call back on August 3 for the next payment.
