hello I used the Delaware health insurance hot line to find health insurance and got a policy with a1 health care I never got my tax form so I tried to call and the number is saying it is no longer in service , trying to find a number to call them , I found out that they are a scam , I have been paying $ 55 a month on top of $ 150 down payment since January 2017 – January 2018
