I was offered a job with A.T. Kearney. Michael Barton sent me a letter of employment to sign and send back. I sent the signed letter back and was offered $3,500 as my first months salary and to buy office supplies. I never spoke to anyone on the phone all contact was made through email. He used 2 different email addresses [email protected] and [email protected] He sent confirmation of the payment being shipped and asked me to take a picture of my receipt when I deposited it. I checked the tracking number with USPS and it had been seized by the postal service. I was not going to deposit when I received the check I was going to take it straight to the police department but USPS helped me out with that step.
