About 10 years ago I made a payday loan. It got paid off through my bank. Bank of Zachary. I have never heard any more from anyone . Now out of the blue this very rude people are threatening me…. that I need a criminal lawyer because I committed fraud. That a sheriff would be coming to arrest me and bring me before the judge. If I don’t pay this company. These people that call are extremely rude and won’t listen to a word you say…..

I was contacted by this company a few months ago about a debt. I was told that I was going to be sued and could face jail time if a resolution was not met. Afraid of legal problems I agreed to set up payments to pay off the debt. I have done some research and everything I am finding makes me believe it is a scam. I would like to get my money back from this.
