For a year, we have tried to reconcile this scam invoice with this company for supplies that were never ordered or received.

They send invoices to unsuspecting staff about every two months claiming a past due invoice.

We have engaged our lawyer to write a cease letter.

A One Janitorial has harassed our business and tried to invoice us for a product we did not order. They offered a "Free" sample to an employee who has no authority to make any purchases. When I asked to talk to a supervisor, "Arnold Hammond" asked if I was the one who paid the property taxes for our Business. May a question he should have asked before offering any free sample to an employee. A better question would be are you the one in charge of purchasing?"

They are very rude and believe yelling is good business. The invoice states Purchase Order with terms never agree to. Then again sent us more product we never ordered with an invoice. I have again attempted to call them. They are not answering their phone.

The invoice says, "A ONE JANITORIAL" THEIR PRODUCT SAYS A-1 JANITORIAL. THEY ARE ONE IN THE SAME WITH THE SAME MAILING ADDRESS @ 55 UNION PLACE SUITE 302 SUMMIT, NJ 07901

They are looking our website and sending E-mail invoices to staff, that again have no authority to pay or order anything.

From this point on product sent to our office will be considered a donation, as these product were never solicited from our company. We have no agreement and will never ever conduct business with A-1 Janitorial/ A ONE JANITORIAL. All state and Federal Contact we deal with Nation Wide have been notified.of this scam.

I am hoping the State of New Jersey is following up on this business and doing what they can to combat the scam business operating in it State.

This company calls and tries to tell you you haven’t ordered in a while. When you talk to them, they want to send a catalog and when you agree to receive a catalog, they ship product to you then try and bill you an outrageous amount for the product.

Our hotel had received two phone calls from this company offering to sell us Drain Cleaner. The 1st salesman name David Deuce spoke with our maintenance man about this product. My maintenance man advised him he was not allowed to place any orders and do not send him anything. The 2nd sales man called me directly, I’m the hotel manager. His name was Damon Martin. I advised Damon that we did not want any of his product he said he could send us some out free to use for a trial use. I again told him I did not want the product and not to send. I also advised him if he did do so I would not pay a bill for it. In a couple days we receive 2 buckets of this product and a month after that a bill for $133.80. I called the accounting department and they said they would not do anything about the issue and we had to pay them. Of course I am not paying them and these people need to be looked into for fishy business practices.
