Type of a scam Phishing

Got a message that included a callback #. I called them back and the lady said her name was Sarah Jane w/ A. Daniel and Associates.  She said she was a litigation counselor and asked if the info she had on me (my name and dob) was correct. I asked her what she needed and told her that I would call the ScamPulse.com to verify. When I said that she got extremely angry and started using profanity.  I asked her is that how she spoke to all her customers and that I was just responding to a message that I received.  After I said that she hung up.
