Type of a scam Government Grant

I received a call on my cell phone from # 202-564-***, from person with what sounded like an India accent, who did not offer her name, claiming to be with Federal Reserve Bank. She informed me that I qualified for a $10,200.00 Federal Grant . She gave me a Grant # of B***, and a phone # 202-470-***, to call to start processing the application. I called the # given me and the woman, also with an Indian accent, that answered did not offer her name or company affiliation. She immediately asked for my Processing Grant #. I gave her the Grant # I was given. I then asked who they were affiliated with. I was told they were with Federal Reserve Bank of Florida, and that they only process grants for US Government. Then I asked the name of the grant, and she said Human Health Services. She asked if I was a single mother, and my age and my Postal Code. This was the only personal info asked for. Then informed me that the State that I live in is a taxable State, and that there would be a $250.00 processing fee that I would need to send in in order to complete then Grant Processing, and that it would be refunded, in full, once I receiving the Grant. I then asked why there was a Fee. She was not able to convince me of a reason that sounded valid. She argued with me as to why I was questioning her, becoming more and more hostile, and that she was only trying to give me the Grant money that I was entitled to. I then Stated the that I should not need to send money to receive a Grant. I informed her that this was the second time in 4 months that I had received this offer, at which time I asked her what country she was in and she told me "F#&% You!!" and hung up. I then called back her phone # and got a Voice Mail box for A. Associates, I did not leave a message. I then called the original incoming phone # and reached a voice mail box, also for A. Associates, but this time mail box was full.
